The Livelihoods Resource Centre is a Global Reference Centre of the International Federation of Red Cross and Red Crescent Societies (IFRC) hosted by the Spanish Red Cross. Its mission is to promote livelihood programming through the collection and dissemination of resources and good practices, technical support and training to strengthen the capacities of IFRC National Societies and other interested organizations.
